Restoring hope after death.
I am currently reading this book to help me prepare myself for when I eventually lose someone I love, especially a family member. I am a very emotionally attached person, and the thought of losing someone close to me, scares me immensely - I need to 'soften the blow' somehow; reading this book will allow me to this. It will enable me to understand the grieving process, how I should react and how it will be.
This includes the five stages of grief:
1) Denial
2) Anger
3) Bargaining
4) Depression
5) Acceptance
